Shipping & Returns
We currently offer shipping to the following countries: The United States, Australia, Argentina, Brazil, Canada, Chile, China, the entirety of the EU, Great Britain, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Peru, Russia, and Ukraine.
Please see the delivery times available on individual product pages, as delivery times will vary between dresses. All shipping estimates are for the contiguous 48 states of the US only, as global times vary per destination.
We are unable to accept returns on custom work. Cancellations on custom dresses must be made within twelve hours of purchase.
A $25 restocking fee will be charged for all unworn, non-custom dress returns made within seven days of delivery. All dresses returned after seven days cannot be returned or refunded.
No restocking fee is applicable for any of our accessories (excluding custom veils and petticoat slips) and we will accept returns for such unused and undamaged merchandise if returned within seven days of receipt.
Please note that we use the United States Postal Service (USPS), with tracking numbers, almost exclusively. If an incorrect address is provided, resulting in a returned item, that item will be subjected to the original shipping charges, plus a $25 handling fee before it is reshipped.
If you are interested in insuring your dress for the full retail value, please contact us before your order. All of our dresses are shipped with $50 standard insurance. If you wish to purchase additional insurance, please contact us before placing your order. Virtuous Prom is not responsible for lost, stolen or damaged packages.
